Hiko is back!

Hiko Maeda is back in Singapore for a 2 days signing event at Raffles City. It is also our local Precious Moments retail store, Precious Thots' 15th Anniversary. Precious Moments even launches 2 Precious Thots exclusive to celebrate this joyous occasion: Sail-abrating My Life With You and Many Years Filled With Precious Thots.

We are happy to meet Hiko again!

The first day of the event is for 250 selected Precious Thots members. Just like previous years, there is a long queue to purchase the figurines right from the beginning. I am quite relieved that the workmanship of the figurines has improved and this is supported by the short queue at the exchanged corner. As usual, my favorite part of the event is to meet up with many friends whom I have known over the years collecting Precious Moments. It is great to chit chat with them over our collection, children, work etc. I am sure that I am going to meet more collectors years down. The first day event ended with a lucky draw by a local artiste, Jeanette Aw. During the interview, we got to know that she has been a Precious Moments collector for many years. We were also given a sneak preview of many new figurines and Disney collaboration. I am hoping that Precious Thots is able to plan for a Chapel Reunion trip to Missouri. I am sure many collectors will be every excited over it.

Such a waste that the wall papers would be destroyed after the 2 days event.
